Antitrust Generic Drug Litigation by the States: The Hydroxychloroquine Defense

So, the third in a series of such complaints has been filed. Happy to see it filed by the states. Don't know whether to laugh or cry that Teva plans to rely on what I have decided to call "the hydroxychloroquine defense." It probably has to sound something like: "We helped produce quantities beyond reason of a drug unfit for use but we did make you look legitimate in your quixotic support of this treatment overall, so just turn your eyes away from our anti-competitive behavior elsewhere."
